To encourage our employees to contribute their personal time and talent to nonprofit organizations in their communities, NYSE Euronext offers an internal Volunteer Incentive Program. Through the Volunteer Incentive Program (VIP), the NYSE Foundation makes grants to eligible nonprofit organizations where eligible employees serve as volunteers.
In addition to supporting individual employees’ volunteer efforts with grant funding, NYSE Euronext promotes corporate volunteerism as well, organizing group volunteer activities and, in many locations, providing paid time in which to perform them.
Matching gift program
In addition to the Volunteer Incentive Program, The New York Stock Exchange Foundation, Inc. is proud to support the philanthropic activities of NYSE Euronext U.S. employees through the Matching Gifts Program. As part of its commitment to improving the quality of life in our communities, the NYSE Euronext Foundation matches employees’ charitable contributions to eligible charitable organizations up to a specified annual amount. In addition, special matching gift programs are created in cases of disaster relief.
