ANDREW T. BRANDMAN

Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, NYSE Euronext

In his role, Mr. Brandman oversees many of the administrative and support functions in the group including Marketing, Communications, Business Program Management and Integration Office, Real Estate & General Services, Procurement & Sourcing, Security, and Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery. Mr. Brandman is also a member of the Management Committee.

He serves on the Qatar Exchange Board of Directors and on the NYSE Euronext Foundation Board of Directors. He is also Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Paris and is a member of the Poly Prop Board of Governors.

Prior to joining the Exchange in April 2004, Mr. Brandman was a director at Credit Suisse First Boston’s Infrastructure group. Prior to CSFB, Mr. Brandman was with Banco Santander Central Hispano as Chief of Staff for the Global Fixed Income and Treasury Division. From 1991 to 1997, Mr. Brandman held various positions at Union Bank of Switzerland.

Mr. Brandman is a 1991 graduate of Clark University.
